Choosing the Common law, not the mere categories of law

Rudd's team reject the Bill of Rights . Well done
Every so often the Parliament gets it right.
But to get it right when the action seems really sensible on the surface, is a great achievement of the Rudd government and Parliament in general.

22 April Mclelland recognises that a bill of rights is NOT the way to improve our legal system and the freedoms attached to it .
Lots of people from the school of mere description, predictably, are not happy. Time their understanding of law and liberty matured
